Aggravated speeding is driving 26 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit. It is a very serious moving violation. Aggravated Speeding is a misdemeanor offense. Aggravated Speeding can either be a Class A Misdemeanor or a Class B Misdemeanor. See 625 ILCS 5/11-501. (more…)
